As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2021 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that you should have your EWS rank at least around 3000-5000 or less than it for decent NITs which have higher ranking.
Now to secure such rank you should have your JEE-Main 2022 score at least 130-140+ marks out of 300 and percentile against this is expected to be in the range of 97.2-97.9.
