You can always use internet as a good source ,there are online portals such as geeks for geeks from where you could easily learn basic languages such as c, c++, python, java.
You can use hackerrank , hackerrank fir competitive coding . You can always rely on online lectures such as NPTEL which is totally free of cost and the material they provide is also upto the mark.
