With 448 marks in OBC category, there is no chance of getting a government seat through All India Quota and in state counselling too.
But you have chance to get private college through State counselling till second round of counselling
As this time ranks went to far with respect to marks. It would have been easier to guide if you had mentioned your rank.

Secondly according to your category the marks scored by you is not up to the mark so you could get seat into Deemed Universities under Management Quota but its difficult for you to get a seat for MBBS with All India Quota.
