    I am an NRI. Is my son eligible to get OBC Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate? I saw one GO that salary is not included for getting OBC NCL. Is it true?

    Dear aspirant,

    As you mentioned you are an NRI so your son would be eligible to make obc non creamy layer certificate only if your family income is not high but as you are an NRI it must be high and it is also mandatory for you to show the income of your family.
