I am an NRI student. In NEET application can I apply under Resident UR category and if I do not get a seat then can I opt for NRI category?

No. Please fill your genuine details. Otherwise your application form might get rejected or you might not be eligible for counselling after clearing neet ug.

I regret you cannot do this, it is very well specified that if a person is NRI he or she has to apply under NRI quota only.
