Yes, you are eligiblefor applying in Gujarat medical colleges too through the all india qouta as well as your NRI quota.

But, if you sit for particular state through state counselling process then you need to show your domicile of that particular state with your nri certificate because its necessary to have domicile of that state for whose counselling you are appearing.

But, in case of all india quota you didn't need to have Gujarat state domicile.

And so yes you can easily apply there.
