Well you have achieved nice score really to get government college for MBBS. You would get in most possible rank span in 13499 - 14999 and category rank may lie in 4450 - 5950. You can get a seat hopefully in Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute - Bangalore based on previous year closing rank. Cut off do not remains same each year for reasons you may know such as seats, candidates number.
