You should note that these ranks are calculated on the basis of past years Percentile vs Rank trends, so you should not be surprised by observing slight variation in the actual rank and the expected rank.
If we try to find out your category rank by looking at the past year trends then your OBC rank will be somewhere between 5000 to 6000 .
Now as you have mentioned your homestate then I must tell you that there is no homestate quota in IIITs and IITs. It is for NITs.
