Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well . I just checked the merit list of Kerela of NEET-2021 for admission into medical colleges of the state. You mentioned that your state rank is 2283. From the list, I got to know that you have scored 577 in NEET -2021 examination. Now, I can't tell you the exact cut-offs as the Kerela state counselling process hasn't finished yet but the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's or may increase marginally. So , I'll tell you the cutoff score of your state for OBC category post NEET -2020 .
It was a score of 607 and a closing AIR of 16,617 for an OBC category candidate. From this data your chances of getting a government medical seat through Kerela state quota counselling are nil despite having an OBC category.
However , you can try for private medical colleges or some other courses like BDS or Ayush if you wish to .
Also ,
You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category both through AIQ and SQ of your state from the link given below :

Dear aspirant,
As you are an obc student and have secured 2.5k rank approximately in the Kerala State ranking and considering your category let me tell you it's a bit tricky situation to predict on the basis of this ranking because there are various factors that needs to be considered for prediction.
There are certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper .
Still on a general basis , you would be surely getting a seat in the state.
