Hello,

No an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cannot give KCET because the eligibility criteria states that the nationality of the candidate should be a citizen of India. So you are not eligible to give KCET 2021. Candidate who had taken more than one year to pass a class/standard, in such cases, the academic study years will be counted as one year only. Candidates should have appeared/passed either SSLC/10th standard or 2nd PUC/12th standard exam from Karnataka.

Yes but they allowed for 2020, and my parents have done more than 7 years of education in karnataka. I have also taken sslc and will be taking the 2nd puc exam. Since my parents have done 7 years, I am eligible it's in the rules actually.
