I am an SC candidate can I hope to get an admission in aiims Bhopal or Jodhpur with a score of 125-130 in aiims 2019?

According to the previous year analysis, the cutoff rank and percentile for AIIMS Bhopal and jodhpur campuses are as follows: AIIMS Bhopal MBBS 2018 SC- Last rank(8657); Corresponding percentile (97.7236811).
