You have not mentioned which state you belong to. With a percentile of 83.7 in JEE main examination, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the core branches in any top NIT's. Also, it largely depends on your home state and your rank accordingly. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats and state quotas. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection

Good luck
Since you are from AP, you can get NIT Andra Pradesh. But CSE there is not possible because, the closing ranks were around 2,200 which was just a close shot. But, you can get mechanical engineering in NIT AP, as the closing ranks were around 4,800. These are for the home state quotas. Please go through it in the below mentioned link

If you are so desperate for computer science engineering, you do have a choice. It's in NIT Srinagar under other state quota. But think twice before choosing it because it doesn't stand along with the top ranked NIT's. Another choice awaits you. You can a chance for B. Tech Computer engineering in IIITDM Kurnool. Finally to be clear, these are the possibility for you
CSE in Srinagar (B. E) Mechanical in AP (B. E) Computer engineering in AP (B. Tech)
Please calm your mind and relax. Whichever is destined to you, will come to you on its way. All you have to do is to wait. Coming to your question, yes you can get both CSE (closing ranks for other state quota is around 3,000) and mechanical engineering (closing ranks for other state quotas is around 4,000). You have good chances there. It stands 65 in ranking with NIT's and has a good placement remarks too.
