I am afraid to say with this marks your chances to get government colleges are almost negative through All India counselling for 15 % seats despite of ST rank . You can still try in state counselling in Andra Pradesh. But chances are tough for you in there also. Analysing cut off of previous years I am afraid to say that you may miss some good government colleges by mere rank
