Since you have not mentioned the name of college in which you are seeking admission in CSE branch so it is quite difficult to guide you about your admission chances.
However if you are securing 80 marks in JEE-Main then your percentile would be approx. 87-92 and rank would be around 2-2.5 Lakhs so on such rank it is quite difficult to get CSE branch in any good government college neither through state counselling nor through central counselling like JOSAA or CSAB.
But on such rank you can try for some private colleges like UPES Dehradun and many more like this. There you might get CSE branch.
