Yes, absolutely. You can be able to secure a seat in agriculture in the government college. Estimating from your performance in the entrance exam and the categorically cutoff for OC category students in pursuing agriculture, the last year cutoff ranged from 3464-4481. In that case, you managed to secure more than the minimum qualifying range. However, it's an assumption. So wait for the official results and check whether you're in the passing range. If you managed to, then you can proceed for admission and counselling procedures.
