I am appearing for class 12 in the upcoming CBSE 2018 which are going to be held in February 2018. I am eligible for TES 39 2018 OR not?

Though you won't be eligible for TES-39 but you would be definitely eligible for the upcoming TES entry.

No you are not eligible. After result u can apply in May next year.
