I am appearing for JEE Mains this month. The photo I had uploaded at the time of registration does not have white background and there are teddies clearly visible in the background (my face is completely visible). Will there be any problem when I reach the exam centre?

If your uploaded photo doesn't meet the guidelines, it might cause issues at the exam center. It’s best to contact NTA immediately via their helpline or email to clarify and request guidance. They may allow you to update or provide a fresh photo at the center.
Hello Sonu,
For JEE Mains, it is important to follow the photo specifications provided during the registration process. The photo should have a plain white or light-colored background. If your photo does not meet these guidelines (e.g., a white background and clear visibility of your face), it may not be accepted for verification at the exam center.
However, since your face is clearly visible, it is still worth trying to reach the exam center. Bring a printout of your admit card and, if possible, carry a recent passport-sized photo that meets the specifications, in case there is an issue with the photo during verification.
To be safe, you can contact the JEE Mains helpdesk or check the official website for any updates or guidelines on photo issues.
I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.
