Hello Aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you got enrolled in B.Sc Hons. so if you have Physics and all the subjects you have mentioned above and also if you have passed your 1st year then code 5 would be applicable for you otherwise if you have not passed your 1st year or there is no Physics in your course then your highest qualification will be considered as 10+2 and in this case as per the rules the NEET qualification code which you should use is 2.

Good Luck!!
Hay there,
See, though you are pursuing BSc Honours but it does not have all the subjects that are required in NEET which are Physics, Chemistry and Biology as you have mentioned in your question.
So according to this your highest qualification will be considered as 12th class in which you had Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
So your code will be 2.
According to code 2, all the students who have passed class 12th in 2020 or in past year, then they come under code 2.
So you should fill code 2.

This ebook serves as a valuable study guide for NEET exams, specifically designed to assist students in light of recent changes and the removal of certain topics from the NEET exam.
Hi
You need to choose the code 02.
This is because,
Though you are doing BSc your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology remains 10 + 2 as you don't have physics in your BSc.
While, those who are doing Bsc and have all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.
