I am appearing for SNAP 2018 and I have selected only SIBM Pune in my Exam form. So can I apply for other colleges if I crack their cutoffs?

SNAP form has colleges to select and only those that you select before the final deadline will be the colleges that will consider you finally. Even if you get 100%ile, if you have not applied for SCMHRD, you will not be considered and you will not have an option to apply in anyway. So make sure you apply for as many colleges as you want before the application closes.
You can apply for colleges through out the application window unlike CAT where you have to choose all colleges at one go.
