I am applying for SSC CGL and have completed my post graduation. what option should I choose for qualifying educational qualification- graduation or equivalent to graduation? In educational qualification should i mention my masters marks or bachelors marks?

Hope you are doing great ! As you have done your graduation then choose graduation ,not equivalent to graduation ,and if this is necessary to mention the marks then mention otherwise not ,if it is mandatory then give otherwise not .
