i am appyling for jipmer and belong to obc(ncl) so can upload the non creamy layer certificate issued in april last year

It would be good if you check the validity mentioned on your certificate as generally OBC-NCL Certificate is absolutely valid for 3 years if it is made by (District Megistrate) DM.
