I am Arts student.BCA is good option for me? It is tough or easy.plz helppp
Greetings, aspirant!
BCA Stands for Bachelor of Computer Applications. It is a 3 year UG course meant to prepare students to make a career in the world of computer languages.
The basic eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed their 10+2 from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate score of 45% to 55% with English as a mandatory subject.
Now, whether BCA is a good option for you or not, depends on you. Is the course material interesting to you? Do you like learning about it? Are you dedicated enough to study regularly and thoroughly to make up for not having a pre-established background in the field? These factors will determine whether it's good for you or not.
Think about it carefully and measure the merits and demerits of opting for BCA. Then make a firm decision and follow it through.
You can do it!
Hope this information helps
Best of luck!!
hey,
i hope you are doing well , i do not think that B.C.A is tough for students belong too humanities or arts stream , however it depends on you area of interest if you like to do programming and have keen interest in computer applications then only this course would be apt for you otherwise you may find it difficult to pass , as humanities and commerce students are eligible for this course so everything is being taught by basics and ground level if you have great determination you may build you career in this and can go so far.
only problem which i thought you might face is mathematics because the concepts of mathematics for the B.C.A course is derived from standards of 11 and 12th, but you will cope it if you do a little hard work.
hope this helps!
good luck
