GM Institute of Technology,Davangere ;

Reva Institute of Technology and Management, Bangalore ;

Sapthagiri College of Engineering,Bangalore ;

If these are the only chances, then I suggest you GM Institute of Technology,Davangere.

There maybe few chances for you to get into any other top college if the number of fillings in the top colleges in civil branch is less.
