Hello Aspirant,
If you are a B.Com student and if you don't have a science background, you are not eligible to answer NEET exam. Apparently, NEET is an entrance exam conducted for students who want to apply in medical colleges. For that, it is mandatory that you have to be a Science student with physics, chemistry and biology as main subjects.
