When it comes to applying for SSC Stenographer posts, it's imperative to have required stenography skills else you cannot qualify the exam, so unless and until you meet the criteria there is no point in filling the application form, let's for a moment assume you fill the form and qualify the CBT but what's going to happen in the skill test, this is something which requires practice and it doesn't happen in few days only,nevertheless based on eligibility of graduation there are many forms which you can fill such as SSC CGL/CPO, UPSC Exam, Banking such as IBPS PO/Clerk, SBI PO/Clerk, RRB Officer/Office Assistant, several insurance exams for the posts of Assistant or AAO, these don't need any minimum aggregate, candidates need to pass Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
