For TNEA 2020, 31% seats are reserved in OC and 26.50 % seats are reserved in BC. According to TNEA reservation criteria, ST / SC / SCA / MBC & DNC / BC / BCM candidates also eligible for selection under OC in addition to reservation.

So, yes you can apply for it and your chance to get the course will depends on your result.
