i am bcom ( accounting and finance) final year student.but i am not god in accounts/maths what can i do further for carrer ?
Hey!
You can after completing your course, go for careers and further courses in the field of Commerce as well as other fields also. Since you are already in your last year, what you can do is, you can look for the previous year question papers and solve the questions which are repetitive and along with that practicing the questions on a regular basis would surely help.
After completing this course, you can further go for courses like MBA or Financial Management. If you don't want to pursue course spefically in this field, you can opt for courses like law. Below mentioned are some of the career opportunities after completing the course.
- Company Secretary
- Insurance and Banking Service
- Marketing Manager
- Business Accounting and Taxation
- Cost and Work Accountancy
- Chartered Accountancy
Hello there
Don't worry you can still make your career in the field of accounting.Yes maths is important but it isn't the only skill or the most important thing needed in accounting. In accounting most of the times you will be needing the basics uses of mathematics such as addition , subtraction ,multiplication and division and you need to master that thing only and also you should be familiar with percentage ,ratio, decimals ,fractions, and general algebra as they will help you a lot.
You just have to focus on the analysing skills of yours as it is the most important asset in accounting. Mathematics is the way to improve these type of skills but it doesn't mean that without mathematics you can't be master at it.
I hope it helps you!
Thank you !
