See on such ST ranks in JEE-Main you can get NITs with CSE branch but not CSE branch in any of the IITs with such ST rank in JEE-Advance but you can get some other branches in different IITs.

With your rank you could get both IITs and NITs. On you JEE Advanced rank, you could get following IITs:
In these IITs you could get branches like Civil, Metallurgy, Mechanical, Chemical . With your rank you could also get many NITs like:
In these NITs, you can get any branch you want like CSE, ECE, Mechanical, EEE . I would suggest you to go for IIT. There are multiple reasons to say this. First is reputation of IITs. IIT has very high reputation in India. Incase you want to go Higher studies or Entrepreneurship, this will be very helpful to you. Apart from these, the Placements of IIT is very good even for Core branches. Also Facilities like Campus, lab, Research Oppurtunities are better in IIT than NIT.
