It is quite difficult to predict the exact state rank as it depends on total number of candidates applied for Telangana State NEET counselling, highest score, lowest score, tie in the score etc. Each year AIR vs state rank varies. Based on the previous year merit list your state merit may vary in between 800-1500. It is subjected to change this year based on the factors mentioned above.
