I am belonging to SC category,so can I get admission in Computer Engineering? basis on jee mains marks?

JEE -Joint Entrance Examination.It is a national level examination conducted for admission to various Undergraduate programmes.It consist of 2 papers.Paper 1 ia conducted for admission to B.E/B.Tech.Paper 2 ic conducted for admission to B.Arch and B.planning courses.
It is a National level Examination, you have to score more marks to get admission in Top NITs and IITs.
Cutoff marks will differ from Institute to Institute based on various factors.Cutoff trends is based on difficulty of exam,Number of seats available,Number of candidates attended JEE Main exam and so on.You Have to score nearly 80 percentile to get desired college and CSE branch for a safer side.
