I am belongs to AP can I apply under cap quota in telangana

Dear applicant,
I hope you are doing well, about your question, you are not eligible to claim the Cap Quota in Telangana as only those students whose parents have worked in the defense and parents belong from Telangana are eligible for the Cap quota. Since you belong from AP it's not possible to apply through Cap.
