Candidates who have studied 10+2 or it's equivalent in any stream from a recognised board with minimum percentage of marks are eligible to apply for admission to Bachelor in Business Administration. So, you can apply for BBA course even if you have studied Biology in 10+2 provided you must score the minimum percentage of marks in the 10+2 as specified by the institute in which you are seeking admission.
