I am Biotechnology graduate. Want to know admission criteria to PG & What should I do after my UG in biotechnology
You need to qualify entrance exam to get seat in good universities. The best universities are: Delhi University, Delhi

If you want to go for M.Tech then I would suggest you to give Gate exam and get decent score so that you can easily get admission in NITs or IITs as this would be the best way to do PG. Also, as you have mentioned above that you are a B.Tech graduate so kindly share have you applied for Gate 2018?
