'Date of birth of candidate should be after 1 July 2005. There is no upper age limit for JEXPO 2020 candidates'

But you can surely try the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination or the WBJEE.

I would like to tell you that JEXPO 2020 has certain eligibility criteria.
About the age, it is mentioned that Candidate must be born before July 1, 2005; therefore your DOB won't be a problem.
But also you need to satisfy academic eligibility criteria such as Candidate must have passed class 10 with English, Physical Science and Mathematics as a compulsory subject from any recognised Board for Secondary Education.

Yes,You can apply for the jexpo 2020.According to the  eligibility criteria provided below :-

• You must be Indian
• You should have passed Class 10 exam conducted by West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or an equivalent exam with minimum 35% aggregate marks in English, Physical Science/Science and Mathematics, among others.
• You must be born no earlier than July 1, 2005.
