the eligiblity criteria for gujcet is candidate must be a citizen of india and must be a domicile of gujrat. however as per your schooling and every other details you cannot be a domicile of gujrat. but if your parents have lived in gujrat more than 7 years you may get domicile certificate of gujrat.
