According to the eligibility criteria of MHTCET, candidates whose mother or father are domiciles of Maharashtra are eligible to appear for MHT CET exam. (They must possess domicile certificate).

Also, I would like to tell you that other state students are also eligible to appear for MHT CET exam. However, such candidates will not be eligible for government seats.

As far as I know, based on the above information mentioned by you, your daughter can apply for MHCET. If you have a state domicile of Maharashtra for your daughter then she can do so by being the resident of that state and enjoy all its facilities.
