To be eligible for Neet, there is a minimum age criteria. Neet 2022 eligibility criteria has not yet released but it seems the criteria will be same as rest years. The candidate must be at least 17 years old as on December 31 of the year of examination to eligible for Neet. As you were born in December 20, 2004, you'll complete 17 years on December 20 of 2021. So you are eligible to write Neet 2022. Right now there is no upper age limit for Neet until Supreme Court makes any judgment on it. Along with the age limit, there are another criteria, you must check those once.
