To be eligible for NEET 2021 exam, one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021 and in your case you will be of 17 years on 25 August 2021, so you are eligible for NEET.

Yes with your date of birth you are eligible for Neet 2021 examination.
This is because,
To be eligible for Neet 2021 examination one needs to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021 and with your date of birth you fulfill this criteria as you will be 17 years old on 25th August 2021 itself with your date of birth
Also,
to be eligible you must pass in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
