i am born in andhra pradesh ( my whole family too is from andhra). my dad is farmer in andhra. i studied till 4th class in andhra and then moved to maharashtra from 5th class.csn i be considered as non local for andhra pradesh?

Hope you are doing well ! If you were earlier living in Andhra Pradesh but now in Maharashtra then you can't be considered as non local for Andhra Pradesh but somehow if you are able to do correction in papers then yes it can happen otherwise not.
