1. I don't have a domicile certificate of Rajasthan.
2. Basically, we belongs to Gujarat. My father came in 1987 for job in Rajasthan. So, since 1987 we are living in Rajasthan. my birth year is 2001.
3. I have completed my entire studies from Rajasthan.

Can we use birth certificate or Gujarat voter ID of father instead of domicile certificate?

Chirag, to be able to participate in Gujarat State Counselling, you will have to be a domicile of that State. On the virtue of completing all your studies from Rajasthan, you are eligible for its State Counselling. And also to claim the domicile of Gujarat, you should have been a resident of that State for atleast 10 years. You cannot use Birth Certificate and Voter Id instead of domicile certificate. But to answer your question, you will need the following documents for Gujarat domicile::
Address proof: Any one of the following:
Ration Card/Voter Id/Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill/Driving License/Passport
Id Proof: Any one of the following"
Pan Card/Photo Identity issued by the Govt. Of India/Photo Identity issued by the recognised Educational Institution
Service Attachment:
Panchamu/Birth Certificate/Ten years proof of residence/Certificate of Takati/NOC from Police Station/Character Certificate/Affidavit

Hi , as you have mentioned that you have Gujarat state domicile then you are very much eligible to avail the 85% state quota of Gujarat. Domicile allows you to get the benefits of 85% state quota of the specific state you have domicile of . If you wish you apply for state other than Gujarat who's domicile you don't have then you can apply under 15% all india quota.
Hope this helps
