Yes of course you will be eligible for NEET 2021 because by Decemebr 31st 2021 you will cross your 17 years of age and hence you will be eligible. As per the eligibility criteria for NEET the candidate must have completed his/her 17 years on or by December 31st 2021 to be eligible for NEET 2021. Apart from the age criteria there is percentage criteria as well which you need to qualify and it goes like :

You must have passed/appearing for your class 12th/PUC with Physics, Biology and Chemistry as mandatory subjects and also you should have your minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB for Unreserved category, 40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PwD certificate holders. Also note that in your curriculum English subject should also be there.
