For CDS 1 2021 your age limit or date of birth should be:-

1. IMA - 2nd Jan 1998 to 1 Jan 2003
2. OTA - 2nd Jan 1997 to 1 Jan 2003
3. AFA - 2nd Jan 1998 to 1 Jan 2002
4. INA - 2nd Jan 1998 to 1 Jan 2003

And Educational Qualification would be

1. IMA and OTA - Graduation Degree compulsory
2. INA - Engineering Degree compulsory
3. AFA- Graduation, B.E/B.Tech (10+2 with Physics &Maths)
4. OFFICERS’ TRAINING ACADEMY (MEN) - Graduation Degree
5. OFFICERS’ TRAINING ACADEMY (WOMEN) - Graduation Degree

Yes you are eligible to give CDS 2021 as the age limit is between 19 to 25 years you are eligible to give CDS 2021. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the CDS 01/2021 application form on its official website on October 28, 2020. Last date for submission of the CDS 1 application form 2021 is November 17, 2020.  The CDS 02/2021 application form will be released on August 04, 2021.
