According to the eligibility criteria released by UPSC for NDA 2, the applying candidate should have born between the time period of January 2, 2003, to January 1, 2006 but as you are asking for NDA 2022 then you will not be eligible for NDA 2022 because according to your DoB your age would be around 15 years 10 months and also your DoB should lie between January 2, 2004, to January 1, 2007 which is fulfilled by you but still you would be in-eligible for NDA 2022 because UPSC has set the criteria that the applying candidate need to fulfil both the criteria, should have born between the aforesaid time period and his/her age should be between 16.5-19.5 years. If any one of the criteria will not be fulfilled by the candidate  then the candidate will be considered as in-eligible for the exam.

To be eligible for NDA candidate should be between the ages of 16.5 and 19.5 years to be eligible to appear for the NDA 2021 examination. There is no age relaxation for reserved category candidates in the NDA examination. To be eligible for NDA 2022 candidate must be born between July 2, 2003, to July 1, 2006. As you were born on August 5th 2006 you will not be able to give NDA 2022. You will need to wait until you have reached 16.5 years of age to be eligible for NDA.
