Hello,
If you're born on December 2005 then you will attain 21 years as on December of 2026, however you won't be eligible for UPSC Civil Service Examination 2026, the reason being as per the age criteria ,candidates need to attain 21 years as on 1st August of the appearing year, hence by August 2026 you would be only 20 years and still five months to go to reach 21 years, that means you will be eligible for UPSC 2027 provided you have passed graduation from a recognized University, you can also provisionally apply in the final year of graduation if you receive your degree certificate within the prescribed time limit as mentioned by officials ,UPSC exam is conducted in three phases mainly Preliminary, Mains and Interview.
