No, you are not eligible for Neet 2021 examination with your date of birth in July 2005
This is because,
To be eligible for Neet examination one needs to be at least 17 years old by 31st December the year in which one is attempting Neet i. e To be eligible for Neet 2021 examination one needs to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021
But you fail to fulfill this criteria with your date of birth in July 2005 as you will be 17 years old in July 2022 i. e after 31st December 2021 and thus you are not eligible for Neet 2021 examination with your date of birth.
But yes, you will be eligible for Neet 2022 and onwards with your date of birth as you will turn 17 years in July 2022 i. e before 31st December 2022.
Also,
To be eligible for neet , one must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got :-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
