Since, you have not completed graduation, you will be considered in this category.
If you have any two amongst p hysics, chemistry, bio/biochemistry in your graduation, then you have to choose code"5". And if you had these subjects in 12th class, you have to choose code "2". Because to be eligible for NEET, the last 2 year of education must be in physics chemistry biology.
