Yes you definitely can pursue Master in Arts course. Because to be eligible you just need a undergraduate degree from any discipline. One additional condition is that you must have more than 45% to 50% marks in your under graduation. So, you should list different universities according to your preferences. I personally recommend University of Delhi is pretty good.
