I am class 10 now I want to take commerce with computer science and I want to study b.com computer science and do ACS .

See the computer science is the branch of engineering for which you have to choose science stream after class 10. And If you go with the computer related subjects in the commerce stream then go with the BCA which is the Bachelor in computer application and then you can also go for the masters in the same which is MCA. But for that you first need to complete your 12th commerce then after you will be able to pursue this course. I hope now your confusion is resolved at certain extent.
