My Dear, making the time table is the thing which you only have to do by yourself because based upon that only you can be able to allot yourself for that particular time. But yaah make sure one thing while making the time table is that allot the time for each and every particular subject according to your acceptance don't try to copy other's time other's schedule because it will not gonna help you anymore. After each and every subject 1 hour gap should be must as well make schedule to play 1- 2 hour daily during the evening because that will really help you through mentally as well physically too.
All the best
It's good that you are already thinking about JEE Mains.
Since, you are currently in 11th,you still have a lot of time with you and you can really prepare well. For JEE Mains, try to focus more on NCERT topics. You may go for reference books for problem solving purposes. If you are into any coaching, try to understand the concepts taught. Also, keep appearing for their mock tests.
