As you already know that the newly introduced SAAR portal is scrapped as of now by state cell, it will be coming up with the new registration process as introduced in B.E./ B.Tech. Admission process.
Until now, there is no official declaration of the admission process about B.P.Ed. and it might get delayed a bit more to clear the chaos created by SAAR.
So it is better to have patience & sit back and get your documents ready and get your doubts resolved before the admission process starts. It will be announced soon on the official site.
